IDFPR
Illinois Department of Financial Professional Regulations
Charlise Williams has faced and up hill battle against the Illinois Department of Financial and Professionals Regulations. In June of 2020 the agency obtained 2 orders based on a license that was not active and while she was physically unable to use a license and the IDFPR conducted proceedings with out a quorum of board members to properly review her case. The result was the Prosecutor Representing the IDFPR got a favorable order by eliminating important information from the court records and violating the due process rights of Charlise Williams. The bottomline, Charlise Williams was set up in this case by a number of individuals who had personal issues with her. The result has been a series of negative events designed to destroy Charlise Williams personally and professionally. The Prosecutor in this case is Erica D. Johnson the Deputy Secretary for the IDFPR
Ms. Williams filed her case in the Illinois Cook County Circuit Court to refute the claims only to have her case reversed based on the false idea that she filed her response too late. The IDPFR used all its personal influences and got the case eliminated in the Illinois Supreme Court. In April 2024 Charlise Williams put a FOIA Request in for the full contents of evidence against her and she was denied full access to the information. Indicating to her that the IDFPR had something to hide and that their is a personal plot against her.
United States Department of Justice
U. S. Attorneys Office
In October 2016, Charlise Williams was indicted on charges of Bankruptcy Fraud. This situation was based on her ownership in a Condominium located at 2901 S. Michigan #903-904, Chicago, Illinois 60616. She purchased the property in 1999 and based on the property report it was a good investment. It would later be discovered that the property report was filled with false statements related to the financial standing of the complex and the many concealments related to the condition of the property. Within a few years the property was in need of over 6 million dollars in repairs. The Board mismanaged the funds, the developer paid off board members, money was stolen from the condo accounts, and 2 settlements occurred that were not revealed to the owners.
The result is Charlise Williams filed multiple Chapert 13 Bankruptcies under the advice of her attorneys. This resulted in the South Commons Condominium Association and its attorneys making a series of false testimonies against Charlise Williams at her trial. Her former fia'nce Ekkehard Wilke lied under oath to save himself and a number of attorneys hired by Charlise Williams breached her Client Attorney Privilege without obtaining proper authorization to do so.
Charlise Williams was indicted based on false testimony of people who had prior issues with Ms. Williams. Ms. Williams had filed ARDC complaints against Jim Burns who breached his client attorney privilege and against the condo association attorney David Sugar, who testified against her in her trial. She was never allowed to confront these people accordingly. Ms. Williams was wrongfully convicted in her 2016 Bankruptcy Fraud Case.
Illinois Department of Securities
In 2012, The Illinois Department of Securities filed a complaint against Charlise Williams. Since filing this complaint this agency and the IDFPR have engaged in a series of attempts to prevent her from getting employment of any type, by placing this information in plain view. This is a practice of cyber bulling and cyber harassment which is done under the false idea that it is protecting the public.
Ms. Williams license was suspended under the direction James Nix and after her former Attorney Jim Burns and others filed a false complaint against her because she filed a complaint against him with the ARDC for not effectively defending her in her 2009 Bankruptcy case that he recommended she file. The case was ultimately ended in 2014 after she resigned from her Broker Dealer and her not renewing her license.
